Below is a list of frequently asked questions and their answers. If you have a question that is not on the list below please contact us and we will do our best to answer your question.
Do you offer financing?
Being that we are a relatively young company, we are unable to offer financing at this time. This is, however, something we look forward to adding to our business model.
What are your hours?
We are open from Monday through Thursday (8am-5:30pm), Friday (8am-8pm), and Saturday (9am-4pm).
Does Clayton Flooring Inc. charge for on-site estimates?
No. We can't expect you to pay us for the opportunity to provide you with a quote.
How do I get to Clayton Flooring Inc.?
If you are coming from Highway 401 (east or west) exit at # 611 (Gardiners Road) and proceed south.
Stay in the right traffic lane until you reach Princess Street (Highway 2) and turn right.
Clayton Flooring Inc. is located at 2782 Princess Street in Cataraqui Woods Square before Bayridge Drive.
Does Clayton Flooring Inc. provide installations on products purchased at another store?
Yes. But keep in mind that there is a premium for installing a product not purchased at Clayton Flooring Inc. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the product if we did not sell the product. Visit us before you purchase a floor covering, we may have the same or a similar product at a similar price.
I work too late to visit your store during store hours, how can I see your products?
If you aren't able to visit our showroom during regular business hours, send us an e-mail (info@claytonflooring.com) or call the store (613.389.8888) and we can make arrangements for one of the owners to meet you at the store at a time that is more convenient for you.
Are your quotes "final" or "complete"? Or will I have to pay extra when the job is actually done?
All of our quotes are considered complete. The exception is if there is a problem that must be rectified in order for us to honor the contract. For example, if Clayton Flooring Inc. has been contracted to supply and install a new bathroom floor but the actual sub-floor has been rotted out due to excessive moisture then we must halt work and provide you with options in terms of repairing the sub-floor. There is no extra charge to install the new floor covering, but there may be a charge to replace the sub-floor.
