COVID-19 Statement (UPDATED JANUARY 13th, 2021)

We care about the good health and wellbeing of our customers, employees, partners, and their families.  That is why we’ve made the following changes to our business in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the regulations setout by the Provincial and Federal governments.  We appreciate your patience during this unprecedented time.

Installations in your home or business:

All installations have been postponed indefinitely.  Customers will be contacted and advised of this.  When restrictions have been eased or lifted and we’re allowed to return to work we will re-schedule installations in the order in which they were postponed.


We cannot provide onsite estimates at this time.

In our showroom:

While our showroom is closed, we are able to help in the following ways:

  • Samples can be ordered via email or over the phone.
  • Curbside pick-up only (in-person retail shopping not permitted).
  • An item may only be provided for curbside pickup if the customer ordered the item before arriving at our store or warehouse.
  • Sales must be exclusively made so customers are not required to enter the indoor area of the business, including curbside pick-up or delivery
