Great customer service from start to finish. Showroom and sales team are knowledgeable and helpful. Installation was well done, on time and it turned out beautifully. We had hardwood, carpeting and slate tiling installed and we are very pleased. Thank you to Richard, Dave, Dale, Megan, Stuart, Heidi and the rest of the team.

I was very impressed with Clayton Flooring, with their follow up service and responsiveness. I had flooring installed almost two years ago, however, an issue developed with the transition from my kitchen to the living room, since the flooring wasn’t even between the two rooms which led to a failure of the flooring.
I reached out to Clayton Flooring and they immediately responded, found replacement flooring and came back to fix the problem.
They were very professional and truly stand behind their work and products.

I highly recommend Clayton Flooring for flooring advice, selection, and installation. The staff are very knowledgeable and, with their guidance, I'm confident I made good choices. Their team replaced the basement carpeting with plank flooring and installed new carpeting on the stairs. They custom built laminate stringers that are a perfect match to the railing. I'm very happy with the end result. On the main floor, they installed ultra ceramic flooring over existing tiles in the kitchen, laundry room and the front entrance. The precision work and attention to detail, especially around the cupboards, is impressive. The floors look fabulous. I'm so pleased. Their experience and craftmanship are evident in the finishing touches and the overall high quality of the work.

Fantastic company…the staff is extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. I purchased flooring for a smaller project and was treated like a was doing a massive job. Their selection and quality of products is outstanding. The prices were comparable to the big box stores but the quality of the product is hands down superior….highly recommend this company….customer for life here.

Great People to deal with. Disappointment was completely with product not meeting our requirements even though it is advertised as such. Product was the issue, not the service or the follow up service. Product complaint has gone back to the manufacture. Clayton Flooring is still helping to find a resolution. Great customer service.

Excellent company the service was excellent from the management, salesperson and the installers. The quality is by far some of the best products on the market. We had the basement completely done in vinyl drop plank flooring. The show room has so much to choose from and Megan our salesperson was such a help with her excellent knowledge on the different flooring that was available and she helped use make a great decision on the flooring. The installers were very curteous and friendly and were excellent workers and the work was done fast. The basement looks so beautiful with the new floor. We like to thank all the staff at Clayton Flooring for making our basement beautiful. We would recommend this company and there products to anyone without hesitations. Excellent job and Thank you all for the wonderful experience.

We were looking for cherry flooring and asked a number on line about its availability. Claytkn was one if the few to check with its suppliers and respond. We later went in looking for flooring for our addition and they were very helpful. Would recommend.

Purchased sheet vinyl flooring to cover some terrible 1980's tile in our landings that we didn't know what to do with. Clayton flooring has a great selection of varying qualities (The type we picked looks so much like tile that we keep getting compliments on our new "tile"). Richard did not try to upsell me to a different product and did not try to sell me something I didn't want, i.e. installation services, he was very helpful and in fact offered tips for installation. Turn-around time from order point was fast and warehouse staff on pickup were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely consider Clayton flooring again for any future renovation projects.

We used Clayton Flooring when picking our flooring for our new house. Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable with helping us choose both the Carpet and a gorgeous Luxury Vinyl Tile (we have pets, and I tell you, this is the best flooring for them - and LVT is beautiful now). The finished result in the house was FABULOUS! So of course when finishing our basement we decided to visit again. Richard helped us pick the perfect floor for our basement, we were able to take some samples home so we really knew how the floor would look in our lighting and how "cold" it would get (being that it was in a basement). Again, we chose a Luxury Vinyl Tile and it is Superb!! All-in-all a wonderful experience at Clayton Flooring. I'd highly recommend visiting them for all your flooring needs!!

Our first visit to the showroom was very informative and I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. They ordered the product I wanted. I felt the price was excellent and so was the installation job. The best flooring service ever. From the initial walk-in to the final selection Clayton flooring was an exceptional experience (and I’ve been to many competitors and big box stores). Over the course of 5 weeks Clayton flooring was extremely patient as I tested numerous samples at home in various lighting conditions. They were both knowledgeable and professional as I educated myself on various options available at Clayton flooring. After my selection and purchase they delivered a great product and the service throughout the process was top notch. It certainly pays to deal locally with specialized staff when it comes time for your flooring needs. Thanks so much to all the staff at Clayton flooring.

Excellent selection. Great staff. Fair pricing. No pressure sales. But when you make the decision to buy, it’s all positive from purchase assistance to quality install through follow up on your satisfaction. We went to over a half dozen home improvement, hardware, and stand alone retailers. Their quality and my confidence they’d stand behind the work just wasn’t even close to what Clayton Flooring gives. Doing it right once is what we wanted and received. And, the luxury vinyl plank looks great! Thanks.

Clayton Flooring has done numerous jobs for friends, family, and businesses in the city and I’ve only heard great things. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and their install team is amazing. 2 thumbs up!!
